VIEWVISION INDIA(hereinafter referred to as “VIEWVISION INDIA” or “ This product”) is a combination of software and hardware provided by “ADTYM VIEWVISION PRIVATE LIMITED”(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “ADTYM ” or “Company”), it consists of smart hardware device and mobile phone client software and the real operator is “ADTYM VIEWVISION PRIVATE LIMITED”. Smart hardware devices refer toVIEWVISION INDIAsmart security camera (hereinafter referred to as“Camera”) and VIEWVISION INDIAsmart video doorbell (hereinafter referred to as“Doorbell”). Mobile client software refers to an application that can control smart hardware devices after binding with them. (hereinafter referred to as“APP”) .You can view the real-time and historical videos of smart hardware devices, including cameras and doorbells, on the APP. At the same time, we also provide the functions of shooting images through cameras and doorbells, video event alarms, sound event alarms, and voice intercoms through the APP.

We are fully aware of the importance of your personal information, as well as the effective protection of your personal information is the cornerstone of the healthy and sustainable development of our business. Thank you for the use of our products and services and for your trust. We understand that trust has not been easy to come by and we have made clear to you our rules for handling your personal information in an open and transparent manner. We handle your personal information in a lawful and legitimate manner for clear and reasonable purposes. We will according to the industry’s mature security standards, take the corresponding security protection measures to protect your personal information so that this trust is more solid.
We would like to explain to you through our personal information protection policy (hereinafter referred to as“ This policy”) that when using this product and controlling this product through an APP, How We Process Your Personal Information and information about smart hardware devices, as well as your rights and how they are implemented. Please read and understand this policy carefully before using the product and use our product with full understanding and consent. Once you start using this product, you fully understand and agree with this policy and agree that we will process your information in accordance with this policy. 1. How We collect and use your personal information
We collect and use your information for the following purposes and purposes:
1.1 To implement the core function of VIEWVISION INDIA
The core function is the basic function that supports the normal operation and service of this product and APP. If you do not agree that we collect and use the personal information necessary to provide services to you, you will not be able to use this product. Information is gathered by signing up for an account. After you install this product APP on your phone, you need to register or log in to the APP before you can use it. When you sign up for an account, VIEWVISION INDIA collects your phone number, email, username and password to help you register and keep your account safe. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to successfully register for the VIEWVISION INDI Account. You can also use the one-click login function for account login. Based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, when you use the “One-click login” function, with your express consent, the operator will send us your mobile phone number, convenient for us to provide you with a quick login service. If you refuse to provide your mobile number, you will not be able to use “One-click login” to register your VIEWVISION INDI Account, but it will not affect your other ways to register, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions. You can change your profile picture, nickname and password with “My personal data”.
When you sigh your VIEWVISION INDI Account, we will stop using and deleting the above information or anonymizing your personal information, unless otherwise specified by law and regulations.
Bind smart hardware devices. After you log in to the APP, you can connect and bind the APP to the smart hardware device through sound wave sensing, scanning QR code, Bluetooth and WiFi network. To bind apps to smart hardware devices, we need to get your location information(for getting the WiFi List), WiFi network information, smart hardware devices and the status of your phone’s on/off and connected network, smart hardware device model, mobile carrier, mobile operating system and version, mobile phone model, and local storage space. The above information will be uploaded to a domestic server to prevent other non-your own identity access and management of smart hardware devices, to better protect the security of your information. You can go to “Home-> camera settings-> delete device”, “Home-> doorbell settings-> delete device”, unbind and remove all your personal information related to the smart hardware device.
View the video stream of IP Camera or Doorbell. With a smart hardware camera or doorbell device attached, you can view the video footage and history video captured by the smart hardware device in real-time via the APP. You can also save videos locally or share them with friends through third-party apps. When you share a video with a friend through a third party, we do not get any information about your third-party application (including account information). If your phone is connected to a wi-fi network and logged in to an APP and has purchased a “Cloud video” service or if your phone has a memory card, you Can View and manage historical video recordings from smart hardware devices in the cloud video and card video of the APP. When you use the cloud video service, when the smart hardware device is enabled and connected to WiFi, we will encrypt all the video recorded by the smart hardware device and upload it to [Amazon AWS Service] for syncing to different devices and protecting video files, this type of video file retention for a maximum of 30 days; if you use the “Card video” service, smart hardware video captured only save in your local, will not be uploaded to the above address. The video recorded by the smart hardware device may record the facial features of you, your family members or third-party individuals. The video of the smart hardware device is important personal information protection information of you and your family members, we encrypt it and store it on our servers. We don’t use the video elsewhere, and we don’t share it with third parties.
Control smart hardware devices. When you bind the smart hardware device, you can use the APP’s “Camera-> settings” and “Doorbell-> settings” to control the function of this product’s services. Including the name of the camera, service scene, open stay alarm, demolition alarm, at-home to avoid disturbance, smart home, and family album. Or through the “Doorbell-> settings” to control the function of the doorbell, including the doorbell monitoring range, open stay alarm, forced demolition alarm, do not disturb at home and receive doorbell-related push messages. When you turn on the “No interruptions at home” feature on your doorbell smart hardware device, you need to authorize us to get your phone’s MAC address to confirm that your phone is in the same Wifi environment as your smart hardware device. The information you set up and provide will be uploaded to our server as instructions to the smart hardware device to achieve control of the smart hardware device.
Additional functions are service functions other than core functions and third-party functions that you choose to turn on. We will not collect your personal information if you do not turn on the function. At the same time, you can turn off additional features by turning off the path mentioned below once off, we will no longer collect and use your personal information, and will not affect your ability to use the core features of the product and APP.
Sharing smart hardware devices. You can invite friends through email and mobile phone numbers to achieve smart hardware device sharing. We will provide your family email or mobile phone number encryption upload to the server, email or mobile phone number to invite friends to share smart hardware devices. When contact is invited, determine what features your family can view and use based on the level of permissions you set.
Network speed measurement. To ensure that your phone and smart hardware devices are connected to the same network, we use the phone system’s public interface to test your phone’s network speed, and the test results back to you, making it easy for you to view and understand the network speed of smart hardware devices. During the implementation of this feature, we do not obtain any information about you personally.
Buy Cloud Video. Cloud video provides you with the ability to watch and save historical video taken by camera/doorbell via APP at any time. To try out this feature, you need to buy a cloud video. When you choose to buy and pay for the camera/doorbell cloud video package service, you can pay through third-party payment methods (including PayPal Google Pay Apple Pay) to achieve payment. We only get the name of your purchase, order number, order amount, and payment status in order to provide you with relevant cloud video services, we do not get third-party payment account information.
1.3 Mobile Phone Permissions
This product is bound to the APP in the process of providing services and will call some of your phone’s device permissions. Here is the business function for the APP call permission, the purpose of the call permission, and what you were asked before the call permission.
You can choose to turn off some or all of the permissions in the settings feature of the device to prevent the APP from collecting the appropriate personal information. Permissions may be displayed and closed differently on different devices. Please refer to the device and system developer’s instructions or guidelines for details.
Please note that you are authorizing us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services, and you are revoking your authorization if you turn off any of the permissions, we will no longer collect and use personal information based on permissions, and we will no longer provide you with the corresponding services. However, your action to turn off permissions does not affect the collection and use of information previously based on your authorization.

1.4 Provide security, solve technical problems, and handle your questions about equipment and services
Provide security, troubleshoot technical problems, and handle your questions about equipment and services. To ensure account and equipment security, handle your questions about equipment and services, constantly improve our products, eliminate and reduce product crashes and provide you with better product functions and services, we will obtain the following information about your mobile phone and the connected smart hardware device through the public interface of the mobile phone system, operator, IP address, mobile phone model, mobile phone system version number, system number, system ID number, screen resolution, Internet type, mobile cloud-connected APP version number, package name, APP usage time and frequency. APP crash log information, for troubleshooting crashes and optimizing product features, this information does not relate to your personal identity information. Secure the service. To enhance the security of your use of our services and the services provided by our affiliated companies and Partners, and to protect your or other personal and property security of you or the public from infringement, to better prevent security risks such as phishing, fraud, vulnerabilities, computer virus, cyber attacks and cyber intrusions, more accurate identification of violations of laws and regulations or the rules of the ADTYM agreement. We may use or integrate your account information, smart hardware information, APP usage information and information our affiliates and partners have obtained from you or shared legally, for identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents and take the necessary records, audit, analysis, and disposal measures. Feedback and consultation. You can use the APP’s “My-> feedback” or “My-> about” to give us feedback or ask about any problems you have with using the APP. When you respond to questions or inquiries, you need to provide your contact information, select the type of problem and a detailed description of the problem, with photos and upload a log. We will analyze the information in the previous paragraph to find out the cause of the problem and try to solve the problem. The contact information you provide in the feedback will only be used for our customer service to communicate with and give feedback to you, except with your explicit consent and in accordance with the law, ADTYM will not provide the contact information you provide to any third party.
1.5 Exceptions to the authorized consent
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, national standards and Industry Guidelines, your consent is not required to process your personal information under the following circumstances:
Relating to national security or national defense.
Relating to public safety, public health or major public interests.
Relating to a criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments etc.
For the protection of personal information subjects or other personal life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to get your own consent.

2. How do we store your personal information

If there is a suspected non-personal login operation, we will remind you by SMS to avoid account by non-personal login operation. For the data exchange between your phone and our client, we use our custom encryption scheme and HTTPS double encryption to ensure the security of data transmission. If our application uses WebView technology, we check the URLs of all the file protocols used in the WebView and restrict access to the application’s sensitive and SDCARD data, to avoid any private files and sensitive information of ADTYM’s products being misappropriated without special permission, thus causing your personal information to be leaked.
We deploy access control mechanisms on the server side, apply minimum authorization to staff who may have access to your personal information, and regularly check the visitor list and access records. The server systems on which we store your personal information are all secure and fortified operating systems. We Audit and monitor accounts for server operations. If an external announcement is found to have security issues with the server operating system, ADTYM will immediately upgrade the server security to ensure the security of all ADTYM server systems and applications.
We hold regular training in personal information protection-related laws and regulations for our staff to enhance their awareness of personal information protection.
In the event of an unfortunate breach of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards, we will promptly initiate contingency plans to prevent the expansion of security incidents and report them to the competent national authorities as required by law and regulations, and timely push, announcement to inform you of the basic situation of security incidents, possible impact, measures have been taken or will be taken measures.
5. Your Right to Manage Your Personal Information

You have canceled your VIEWVISION INDIA account, uninstalled or no longer use our products (or services).
We cease to be of service to you.
You withdraw your consent, but your withdrawal of consent requires us to delete your personal information without prejudice to our handling of the personal information based on your consent.
You can contact us through the means provided in section 9 of this policy to request the deletion of your personal information. We will reply within 15 working days. When we remove your personal information from the server, we may not immediately remove the data from the backup system, but we will remove it when the system updates the backup information.
When you make a request to us to delete information, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity and make sure it is your own request to delete information.
5.3 Cancel your personal account
You can apply for cancellation of your VIEWVISION INDIA account through [ i-> personal data-> delete account ]. Please note that if you choose to cancel your VIEWVISION INDIA account, Your VIEWVISION INDI Account will not be used and account information will be deleted, you will no longer be able to log in through the VIEWVISION INDI Account and use VIEWVISION INDIA’s product features and services (without compromising your ability to use services and functions that do not require an account login). When you close your account, we will stop offering you products (or services) and delete or anonymize your personal information, except in cases where laws and regulations require us to keep such information.
5.4 Withdraw your consent or change the scope of your consent
In the APP, you can withdraw your consent or change the scope of your consent.
You can go to your local “Settings-> rights management->VIEWVISION INDIA” to access the rights management interface of this product authorization, to withdraw the product binding APP authorization and consent or to change the scope of consent.

This product is not specifically designed for minors. The use of this product by minors under the age of 18 requires the consent and authorization of the minors themselves or their guardians. A child under the age of 14 who uses this product shall be required to have the policy read by a guardian such as the child’s parents. The child shall seek the consent and guidance of a guardian such as the parents before submitting his or her personal information. If you are a parent or guardian of a child, you may contact us through the contact information in section 9 of this policy if you have questions about the personal information of the child in your custody.
